Thoughts and observations from life around the riverrim....
...including spinning weaving, knitting, gardening, flax, chickens, rabbits, alpaca..............
and whatever wild life wanders by
This post is very nicely done. Tis the season to see the woolly bears trekking and more time for wool to be spinning. A wool-full time of year. Happy spinning.
Your pensive cat looks just like the little feral cat who has been hanging out in my back yard for several years. She won't let us within arms reach but she's been trapped and spayed and she speaks to us when she sees us coming home at feeding time.

Lovely post that captures the season!
I haven't seen any wooly worms this year. Not sure what that means.
The spinning is beautiful and so relaxing to look at. Perfect match with the pears!

Hope those power lines stay up! Then again no power means more spinning time. Stay safe, call if you need anything
Hope you're not affected by Frankenstorm Sandy!
