A lovely background for getting caught up on reading your blog! Makes me wish I still had a piano.
Beautiful music...I could listen to it all day I think.......sigh.

I love the piano, never should have quit playing. One instrument I still find very comforting, could listen all day. Thanks for sharing!!!!!
Beautiful!! Though I will admit to disappointment when it finally sunk fully in that there was no drive band connecting the Minor's Head to the spindle, and therefore I would not get to see that beautiful piece of history actually spin...
Ha! I noticed that too....and thought to myself...well....maybe the spinner dropped her drive band and tension....so she could go play the piano!
At least there is a tiny bit of wool on the spindle tip ;-)
