Happy Spring!

(ok, so I cheated and forced the cuttings! It is spring on the windowsill!)

Photobucket Happy Easter!

(no cheating here, the easter bunny always delivers to the henhouse!) Let the egg avalanche begin....

How nice to have your own eggs, so beautiful in their own color.
I went out today to cut forsythia but it was coated in 1/4 inch of ice. Maybe tomorrow.

Those eggs look wonderful. My honeysuckle put out a little flower and made me happy. I'll have to grab a picture and post it tomorrow.

I saw the first pic and thought "I know her garden is a little ahead of mine but this is ridiculous!" Then I read the cheating part...You got me and it isn't even April Fools Day yet!

Very jealous of all your eggs! My hens are such lazy things! But I do also get the lovely little blue eggs too.

Wonderful cuttings! The Easter Eggs will be easy to find around here tomorrow. Colored eggs on the 10 inches of fresh snow we got yesterday! Oy!

hihi cyndy, it's me....vi

i am trying to keep it going....

your eggs look wonderful, i am hoping my ladies start to lay again soon. however the duck looks like she either has started or is starting any day

we are to get three more pullets soon, so we should have eggs by summer/fall

my seedlings are so big now, i really could use a heated green house to move them on to

i hope an early spring for us

vi

Our neighbor's oldest son has brought us two dozen eggs for the past two Fridays. Their chickens have spring fever. We been sharing them with a need family who's been going through the jobhunting processes.
