We had such a bad drought this year, but this past weekend, the professor dug up our small harvest of Jerusalem Artichokes, Bolivian Sunroot, and an errant small potato or two. All that's left in the root veggie department. We've still got some greens, onions and garlic for next year. I love celebrating and experiencing your garden vicariously!Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14028506404055347307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5789839.post-18246424903526675112007-11-08T10:32:00.000-05:002007-11-08T10:32:00.000-05:00A hen is such good company. Then I stepped in a ditch full of leaves which I thought was flat ground and that finished the outside jobs quickly. Came inside to rest my back and clean up my leg and then got more apples dehydrating, made soup and apple cobbler. Other than the fall a great day.Judyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00647798372172407775noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5789839.post-35109094962952252302007-11-07T21:04:00.000-05:002007-11-07T21:04:00.000-05:00We've long been done.
